Frequently Asked Questions areas of websites are very valuable resource for customer self-service because they enable your customers to get the answers that they need to come and questions without having to call or email your staff.
We feel that each department in an organization should have at least one FAQ area in your website where they can list the most common questions and the answers to those questions.
We have found that our FAQ module is used very heavily, yet was not designed to be as intuitive as we would like.
Below is a screen shot of the new FAQ system's interface that we are building right now (December 2020). We expect to have this rolled out in a week or so.
