Portfolio Case Studies - Wheeling, West Virginia

Project Summary

The City of Wheeling, West Virginia is home to 28,000 residents that wished to see more digital town hall self-service options from the City.

The Starting Point

The old website was not mobile-friendly, and it still had Adobe Flash movies which don't render on mobile devices.
Content in the website was outdated, and there were no self-service applications.

The New Design

The new website includes our new Evo311 Citizen Request Tracking system, which was built with the help of Wheeling's staff during a beta program.
Today, citizens have responded favorably to the responsiveness of the city's staff using the Evo311 system.
With the help of Wheeling, EvoGov was able to roll-out this new platform nationally to all of our customers.
Unlike ALL of our competitors, applications like the 311 system are included with our hosting fees, saving cities like Wheeling over $5000 per year.
