In the local government software industry, there is a tremendous amount of consolidation and investment happening since about the year 2020.

Private equity firms have purchased most of our main national competitors.
We receive emails almost daily from venture capital firms interested in acquiring our company EvoGov, Inc.
The reality is that EvoGov is not large enough, nor do we have the annual revenue that meets the targets of buyers.
We just simply are not large enough nor do we have enough annual revenue at this time to consider an exit

This may change in the future as our platform evolves, and our ability to scale our company improves.
We are just not there yet. But we do appreciate the interest in our company.
