Evo311™

This product is emerging from beta testing. Evo311™ is our request tracking system that we launched in beta a few years ago.
The Covid-19 Pandemic slowed us down, but now in 2022 we are putting the finishing touches on this platform that will allow it to be sold as a standalone product or as an add-on for existing websites.
Evo311™ creates a turn-key request tracking system for your customers and community. Issue tracking can be for public works issues (potholes), legal issues (FOIA requests), and IT helpdesk requests when used within an Intranet.

Here are the features coming for Evo311™ in 2022

• Mobile Intake Form - A new mobile interface for iPads and Cell phones that allows code inspectors and public works staff members to create tickets in the field.
• Improved Address Integration - We are working on more tight integration with street names and physical addresses to see all tickets regarding specific addresses.
• Improved Management Reports - Reports on addresses, departments, trends, and standout issues.
• SMS Intake - The ability to send a text message to the system to create an account and submit a ticket.
• Standalone Management Interface for Staff - Simplifies the jobs of your staff by giving them a dedicated interface that bypasses the EvoGov CMS.
• Replacement for Google maps to increase speed.
• Evo311™ will transform into a paid product when these features are completed.

EvoAgendas™
Our online agenda management workflow system for organizations that have public meetings.
This will be a paid product that is designed to compete with other commercial agenda management systems.

Here are some of the many features in EvoAgendas™:

• Staff Report workflow - Enables department heads to upload their staff reports in a secure location as Word Documents.
• Agenda Builder - creation of agenda topics with a Word document repository.
• Inline Commenting - creation of a forum around each agenda topic with comments from staff.
• Agenda Topic Migration - ability to move an agenda topic to a future meeting.
• Online Word Document Editing - open and edit a word document without the need to download and re-upload files over and over.
• Tracking of all changes, with a roll-back versioning system.
• Role-based security
• Publishing Meeting Agendas to the Website Calendar System
• Addendum Posting
• Social Media Posting
• YouTube integration with timeline tagging for agenda topics after each meeting. 

EvoBids™
EvoBids™ is our bid and RFP management system. This product is free of charge and still in beta.
We will add new reports and new features to the bid system this year. 

WorkFlow™
WorkFlow is the long-awaited successor to our legacy Team-Logic CRM system.
With WorkFlow you will be able to create cloud-based online smart forms and workflows in a web browser.
This will allow you to create workflows for project management, helpdesks, sales, prospecting, capital projects, permits and licensing, and more.
Workflow will replace Basecamp®, Spreadsheets, and Google Docs for a more professional workflow system that is more tightly integrated with your website.
The database and preliminary interfaces were desinged in 2019, and the Covid-19 Pandemic forced us to shelve this product until 2022.

Recent Updates

• 2022 - New FAQ Module - we have revamped our frequently asked questions manager and it is deployed for all customers.
  2021 Forms Upgrade - Payments and CMS Forms have been combined. You can now turn any form into a payment form.
• 2020 Complete Platform Python Upgrade - COMPLETED! After many months of development, we have completely upgraded our entire code base and supporting applications. This has improved our performance greatly, and we can now roll out new software features very quickly.

Future Projects on Hold

CMS Content Approval System - An enterprise-scale workflow system for website content approvals and tracking. This has been put on hold by lack of demand, and delays caused by Covid-19. EvoAgendas™ is way more important to our key customer base at this time.
