Security Features - Content Change Alerts

Your administrative staff has an option to generate alert notifications when changes are made to the website.

Example Problem Scenario

A county is concerned about their election security.
The fear is that a threat to the county's elections could originate from within the county's staff if the website changed without authorization.
A bad actor may also share their login with a third party that updates the website using a web proxy to hide their true location.

EvoGov Solutions

A Content Change Alert system is in place that may activated by your admin staff, working with EvoGov.
During sensitive times (i.e. election season), the content alerts are activated.
ALL changes to the website generate alerts to a select group of people, both by email and SMS text message notifications.
Changes are already logged, so it is possible to see which logins are used for all changes.
CMS Admins can add IP addresses to the block list in the CMS.
International IP address blocks are already in place in the EvoCloud Wide Area Firewall. This is actively used to block international threats.

Future Enhancements

EvoGov is continually adding new threat management features and reports to the EvoCloud CMS.
