Project Summary

The Riverside County Clerk Recorder office is a county agency that was looking for better data integration with their website.

The Starting Point

The original website had too much of text on the home page, which studies show is not usually read.
One of the aspects of an effective home page design is the ability to guide important audiences to the content they need.

The Process

Planning out the content and the structure of a new website is critical to identify areas for improvement in usability.
We use interactive tools to work with clients to map out the best structure for the new website.

The New Design

The new website makes it much easier to manage large directories of files that legally need to be posted to the website.
We made massive file management a drag-and-drop affair for the agency, and files in their site also contain built-in metadata that aids with searching for specific files.
